Job summary

CAPRICE INC is seeking a Bartender to join our team in Redlands, California. In this role, you'll take customer orders, make drink recommendations, and maintain a clean bar area. The ideal candidate is energetic, customer-service oriented, and has a passion for mixology.

Responsibilities include confirming patrons' legal drinking age, operating the cash register, restocking bar supplies, and performing cleaning duties. Previous hospitality experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or bartending is preferred.
• Legal age to serve alcoholic beverages.
• Mixology or hospitality certification is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Take drink orders from customers.
• Ensure patrons are of legal drinking age.
• Collect payments and operate cash register.
• Order and maintain bar inventory.
• Perform opening and closing duties including cleaning.
