Qualifications

• Experience with executive level calendar management.
• Experience with domestic or international travel coordination.
• Experience with computers and Microsoft Office products and applications.
• Experience handling confidential information.
• Experience assessing industry talent and trends, or experience as an assistant at a studio or production company.
• Experience as an assistant in a scripted department at an agency, studio or scripted production company.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex and dynamic executive calendar including meetings, travel and events.
• Roll a high volume of calls and organize expenses.
• Coordinate internal and external meetings across multiple time zones with high attention to detail.
• Evaluate incoming creative material.
• Track and help drive completion of key deliverables.
• Organize and maintain files, documents and confidential materials.
• Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, key players, and current events.
• Effectively prioritize, manage multiple deadlines and competing needs.
