Job description

We’re looking for a Creative Artworker with 2+ years’ experience to join our busy studio team. If you’re a great all-rounder, confident working across both print and digital, we’d love to hear from you.

You’ll be responsible for creating production-ready artwork and final digital out-of-home (DOOH) assets, adapting creative across multiple formats, and ensuring every asset is delivered accurately and to the highest standard. You’ll be one of the final quality checkpoints before artwork and files are delivered to clients, so exceptional attention to detail is essential.

With offices in both New York and London, we work on a diverse range of campaigns for

theatrical and streaming clients, so a passion for film and entertainment is a must.

This is a full-time, office-based role located in our DUMBO, Brooklyn office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the design team to develop creative concepts into high-quality, production-ready artwork.
  • Work with our digital creative team to produce final DOOH assets.
  • Animate static artwork for digital and motion formats.
  • Prepare artwork for print production, including billboards, transit shelters, and other large-format out-of-home (OOH) media.
  • Collate, package, and prepare final artwork files for client delivery, ensuring all files adhere to brand guidelines, specifications, and templates.
  • Create localized and international versions of campaign artwork, ensuring consistency across all markets.
  • Perform light retouching and artwork revisions as required.
  • Carry out thorough quality checks to ensure all artwork is technically accurate, production-ready, and free from errors before release.
Skills & Experience
  • 2+ years' experience in a Creative Artworker or Production Artworker role.
  • Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, InDesign, and After Effects.
  • Strong understanding of print production, including file setup, colour management, proofing, and production workflows.
  • Excellent layout and typography skills, with the ability to adapt and extend creative across multiple formats.
  • Experience creating motion graphics or animating artwork.
  • Experience working with brand guidelines and templates.
  • A passion for film and entertainment.
  • Knowledge of HTML for digital display is a plus, but not required.
