Job summary

Marks in Phoenix is seeking a detail-oriented Creative Artworker who translates approved designs into production-ready artwork for print and digital touchpoints.

You will apply strong Adobe Creative Cloud skills, ensure color accuracy and brand consistency, and manage artwork across multiple packaging formats while adhering to pre-press requirements.

Collaborate with design and production teams, interpret briefs, and deliver accurate files on deadline with a quality-driven approach.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of artwork, packaging, print production, or design agency experience.
• Strong Adobe Creative Cloud skills (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Experience creating and adapting packaging artwork across multiple formats, SKUs, and variants.
• Good retouching, image manipulation, and file preparation skills.
• Experience working with brand guidelines and execution standards.
• Understanding of packaging and print production processes, including pre-press requirements.
• Quality-driven mindset with strong attention to detail and executional accuracy.

Must-have Skills And Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in artwork, packaging, print production, or design agency

environments.

• Experience creating and adapting packaging artwork across multiple formats, SKUs, and variants.

• Experience advising designers or client service teams on print feasibility and production requirements.

• Degree in Graphic Design, Illustration, or a related field.
