PALS OHIO, LLC. is seeking an Art Coordinator to lead creative activities for individuals with developmental disabilities. You will supervise participants, document daily activities, and ensure safety and confidentiality in a supportive, people-first environment.

The role involves coordinating art-based programs, assisting with transportation as needed, and attending weekly staff meetings to promote a positive, inclusive setting for all individuals served.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates artistic ability and passion for arts and crafts.
• Proven verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work with diverse groups and individuals.
• Willingness to provide supervised, responsible support to adults with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support adults with developmental disabilities in daily activities.
• Maintain accurate documentation for transportation, billing, and program records.
• Provide non-medical transportation when needed.
• Routinely inspect the van and maintain vehicle maintenance schedule.
