You are:

We are looking for an innovative, forward-thinking, and highly skilled Art Director to join our Accenture Song Creative team. We seek a proactive, self-motivated, and inspirational candidate with solid visual design capabilities and a comprehensive understanding of how brands can express themselves across a brand ecosystem anchored on driving customer experience. At Accenture, you will conceptualize and design solutions as part of an interdisciplinary agency team including strategists, developers/technologists, user experience designers, content strategists, writers, and studio production specialists.

The work:

  1. Work under the direction of Creative Directors. Own visual concepts and solutions that address a range of creative challenges while maintaining or developing optimal design workflows.
  2. Oversee and actively participate in the creation of visual designs and systems, including typography, logos, icons, and more, applying design principles such as color, typography, photographic selection, organizing elements, and usability.
  3. Conceptualize and design deliverables that are briefed, on-brand, and leverage brand style guides, strategic principles, and templates.
  4. Author new brand styles and guidelines.
  5. Assign tasks and direct designers, production staff, and vendors to fulfill the creative vision.
  6. Prepare flawless deliverables for handoff to developers, producers, and clients.
  7. Present and defend solutions to other creatives, UX teams, developers, account leaders, and clients.
  8. Collaborate across disciplines with UX, copywriters, designers, project managers, strategists, and development teams. Lead brand style workshop sessions.
  9. Communicate effectively and professionally with clients and internal teams.
  10. Lead, mentor, assign tasks, and contribute to the growth of junior designers and art directors.

Here’s what you’ll need:

  1. At least 6 years of experience in an agency environment.
  2. A portfolio demonstrating at least 4 years of compelling visual solutions, design, and interactive experiences, with diverse projects and current visual trends.
  3. At least 4 years of experience using Photoshop and Illustrator.
  4. At least 3 years of experience with Sketch, Adobe XD, and/or Figma, with strong communication skills.
  5. At least 3 years of experience in cross-channel content creation (social, email, digital).

Bonus points if:

  1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in design, digital media, or related fields.
  2. Skills in motion graphics or illustration.
  3. Strong understanding of brand design systems principles.
  4. Proficiency in PowerPoint and client deck creation.
  5. Experience in e-commerce design.
  6. Excellent presentation skills and client-facing experience.
  7. Participation in new business initiatives.
  8. Experience in packaging design and emerging digital platforms.
  9. Photo/video shoot direction experience.
