You are:

We seek an Associate Creative Director with a Copy background, experienced in leading brand creative, content creation, and content strategy projects, especially campaigns across a brand’s ecosystem. This role requires someone who can work independently and as a team lead, collaborating on interdisciplinary solutions. You must be confident in presenting ideas, partnering with clients, and executing innovative concepts across all media (print, email, site content, social campaigns, e-commerce). The ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment is essential.

The work:

  1. Collaborate with integrated creative teams on advertising and marketing projects.
  2. Lead, write, direct content for various briefs across the client’s communication channels.
  3. Manage, mentor, and supervise junior creatives, ensuring quality standards.
  4. Participate in new business development and account growth.
  5. Structure, present, persuade, and defend concepts and executions in meetings.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of copywriting experience.
  • At least 3 years of agency or equivalent industry experience across digital, social, film, longform content, and print.
  • Excellent online portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking and craftsmanship.

Bonus points if you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in creative writing, journalism, advertising, marketing, or English.
  • Excellent presentation and public speaking skills.
  • Clear point of view on AI and the future of advertising.
  • Natural storytelling talent.
  • Experience with Telecom, Media, and Technology industry clients.
  • Expertise in strategic brainstorming and campaign development.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.
  • Experience in scaled Agency of Record (AOR) engagements.
  • Portfolio with award-winning, industry-recognized work (OneShow, D&AD, Cannes, Webbys, Emmys, Andy’s, Effies, ADC).
  • Fluency in social media platforms and trends.
  • Experience using GenAI in workflows.
