You are:

We seek an Associate Creative Director with a Copy background, experienced in leading brand creative, content creation, and content strategy projects, especially campaigns across a brand’s ecosystem. This role requires someone who can work independently and as a team lead, collaborating on interdisciplinary solutions. You should be confident presenting in front of clients, partnering effectively, and executing innovative ideas. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects across all media—print, email, site content, social campaigns, eCommerce—is essential.

The work includes:

  1. Collaborating with creative teams on advertising and marketing projects
  2. Leading, writing, and directing content for various briefs across the client’s communication channels
  3. Mentoring junior team members and ensuring quality standards
  4. Participating in new business development and account growth
  5. Structuring, presenting, persuading, and defending concepts in meetings

Basic Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of copywriting experience
  • At least 3 years in an agency or similar environment across digital, social, film, long-form content, and print
  • Excellent online portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking and craftsmanship

Bonus points if you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in creative writing, journalism, advertising, marketing, or English
  • Strong presentation and public speaking skills
  • Clear point of view on AI and advertising’s future
  • Storytelling skills
  • Experience with Telecom, Media, and Technology clients
  • Expertise in strategic brainstorming and campaign development
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Experience with scaled Agency of Record (AOR) engagements
  • An award-winning portfolio (e.g., OneShow, D&AD, Cannes, Webbys, Emmys, Effies, ADC)
  • Fluency in social media platforms and trends
  • Experience using GenAI in workflows
