You are:

We seek an Associate Creative Director with an Art Direction background, experienced in leading brand creative, content creation, and content strategy projects, especially campaigns across a brand’s ecosystem. This role requires someone who can contribute individually and lead a team of creatives—including writers and designers. You will collaborate on interdisciplinary teams delivering innovative client solutions. You must be confident presenting in front of clients, partnering effectively, and executing creative ideas. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, manages multiple projects, and is comfortable across various media and new tools, including genAI.

The work:

  1. Collaborate with integrated creative teams on advertising and marketing projects
  2. Lead and direct content for diverse briefs within the client’s communication ecosystem
  3. Manage, mentor, and supervise junior creatives, ensuring quality standards
  4. Participate in new business development and account growth
  5. Structure, present, persuade, and defend concepts in internal and client meetings

Basic Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of art direction and/or design experience
  • At least 3 years agency or equivalent experience in creative across all media—including digital, social, film, longform, and print
  • Excellent online portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking and craftsmanship

Bonus points if you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in creative writing, journalism, advertising, marketing, or English
  • Experience with Telecomm, Media, and Technology (CMT) clients
  • Experience in scaled AOR engagements
  • Award-winning, industry-recognized work (OneShow, AD&D, Cannes, Webbys, Emmys, Andy’s, Effies, ADC)
  • Fluency in social media platforms and trends
  • Experience using GenAI tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly) in art direction and design
  • Clear point of view on AI and advertising’s future
  • Storytelling skills
  • Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
  • Expertise in strategic brainstorming and campaign development
  • Excellent presentation and public speaking skills
