Responsibilities

• Document Activity Programs and resident participation to track progress toward care plan goals.
• Conduct resident activity histories and assessments per state standards.
• Publish and distribute a monthly calendar of events and facility newsletters for residents and families.
• Build and maintain an active volunteer program to support activities.
