Job summary

Priory Group is seeking an Activities Co-ordinator at Glebe House to lead engaging activities for residents with mental health needs. This full-time role supports 24 residents in a semi-rural Lincolnshire setting, with tailored programs and collaborative team involvement.

Ideal candidates will have GCSE/O-Level or NVQ Level 2, strong communication and empathy skills, and a driving licence. Training, development opportunities, and a contributory pension are offered.

Qualifications

• GCSE/O-Level (A–C) or NVQ Level 2 required.
• Strong communication and observational skills essential.
• Ability to work within a clinical/therapeut environment.
• Driving licence is preferred and beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver a range of activities tailored to residents' needs.
• Provide group activities to foster community among residents.
• Participate in site-wide programmes with the line manager's approval.
• Creatively plan activities to meet service users' needs.
