Bridgewood Mews is part of Exemplar Health Care and is seeking a Lead Activities Coordinator in Tipton to lead the Activities Team and deliver meaningful, enjoyable programs for residents. The role focuses on person-centred activity planning, community involvement and promoting dignity, independence and wellbeing. You’ll work 32 hours per week on site.

About The Role

Our Lead Activities Coordinators lead our Activities Team and organise creative and fun activities for the people we support.

No two days will ever be the same, but your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• supporting people to maintain their current, and take up new, hobbies, interests and educational opportunities
• assisting people to become more involved in their local community
