Job summary

Envive Healthcare is seeking an Activities Aide to help plan and lead engaging activities for residents. You will work with staff and vendors to ensure events run smoothly, stay within budget, and deliver a positive experience for participants.

You will brainstorm ideas, promote activities, attend or lead events, and maintain detailed records of participation and costs to measure impact and success.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Brainstorming ideas for activities.
• Advertising activities that are open to the public.
• Attending or leading activities to ensure events run smoothly.
• Adhering to budgetary guidelines when planning activities.
• Working with vendors to provide food, music, supplies and services for activities as needed.
• Soliciting feedback from participants to identify improvements.
• Keeping detailed records of activities to track participation, costs and metrics.
