History Factory is seeking a results-oriented Creative Account Executive to join on a contract basis. You will shepherd creative work from concept to completion, coordinating schedules, budgets, and client communication while supporting account leadership.

This role emphasizes collaboration with internal teams and Fortune 500 client exposure. The position is remote in the United States, part-time/contract, with 20 hrs per week and potential for hourly or fixed-fee engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in a marketing or communications agency setting.
• Knowledge of creative disciplines including video, web, content, experiential design, print.
• Strong project management and scheduling software experience.
• Proven track record in supporting marketing/communications programs and growing client relationships.
• Strong budget control and project management understanding.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Collaborative, team-oriented mindset with adaptability.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities; proficient in MS Office & Google Suite.
• PMP or related certification encouraged; Fortune 500 experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the single source of information on complex, multi-workstream creative projects.
• Provide direction to creative project teams and align activities with client expectations and deadlines.
• Maintain attention to detail; ensure projects meet internal and client standards, schedule, and budget.
• Oversee project schedules and team member hours allocation daily.
• Manage project budgets, tracking, reporting, revenue forecasting, and estimates.
• Lead and organize recurring project meetings; communicate status to clients and teams.
• Act as day-to-day contact with senior account management; foster trust and collaboration.
• Identify challenges and propose solutions to internal/external obstacles.
• Develop and review costs estimates and statements of work for new opportunities.
