Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in a marketing or communications agency setting.
• Knowledge of creative disciplines including video, web, print, experiential design.
• Strong project management and scheduling software understanding.
• Proven track record in supporting complex marketing programs and client relations.
• Budget control and cost awareness experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Collaborative, team-oriented approach and strategic thinking.
• Proficiency with MS Office and Google Suite.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment; PMP or related certification encouraged.
• Experience with Fortune 500 companies a plus; travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the single source of information on complex, multi-workstream creative projects.
• Provide direction to creative project teams and align activities with client expectations and deadlines.
• Maintain meticulous attention to detail for all projects and budgets.
• Oversee project schedules and hours allocation for accuracy.
• Manage budgets, forecasting, and new project estimates.
• Enforce internal creative processes and deadlines.
• Create status updates and reporting for clients and internal teams.
• Organize and lead recurring project meetings.
• Act as day-to-day contact with senior staff and clients.
• Anticipate challenges and propose solutions for obstacles.
• Develop/review costs estimates and statements of work for opportunities.
