Job summary

La Plaza Market in Mountain View, CA is seeking a Creamery Clerk with at least 2 years in deli-style retail. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred to assist a diverse customer base and grow with the team.

Responsibilities include preparing and producing Hispanic-style creams and salsas, understanding product differences to meet customer needs, following Weight and Measures procedures, and operating equipment like ham slicers as required for daily operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in food handling, a deli type and customer service role preferred.
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) highly preferred.
• Safely use food handling and sanitation chemicals and equipment to maintain department cleanliness standards and local, State and Federal agencies regulations and requirements.
