Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to verbally communicate proficiently in English to effectively engage with internal teams.
• Prior experience operating machines in a manufacturing setting
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction and simple multiplication and division)

Responsibilities

• Operate a production line and oversee production and packaging of confectionery products.
• Ensure quality, safety, and efficiency; comply with company standards and specifications.
• Package products and perform routine quality, weight, percentage, and equipment checks.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized work environment with proper allergen and changeover procedures.
• Prepare supplies, products, and equipment for production; ensure equipment meets health and safety requirements.
• Perform basic equipment cleaning, minor maintenance, and routine inspections of equipment.
• Maintain accurate inventory counts, lot numbers, date codes, and production records.
• Assist with production line operations and train Team Members as needed.
• Utilize REDZONE production software and support established OEE standards.
• Communicate and collaborate effectively with Team Members across departments and levels.
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance and work overtime as needed.
