Job summary

Qualifications

• Prior experience operating machines in a manufacturing setting.
• Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, and simple multiplication.

Responsibilities

• Operate a production line and oversee packaging of confectionery products.
• Perform routine quality checks, weight and percentage measurements, and equipment checks.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary work area and follow allergen/changeover procedures.
• Prepare supplies and equipment for production and ensure health and safety compliance.
• Maintain inventory counts, lot numbers, and production records.
• Support line operations and train Team Members as needed; use REDZONE software.
