Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Transactions Analyst for our Pittsburgh team to support a broad range of multi-market deals. The role emphasizes financial modeling, market analysis, due diligence, and client communications within a fast-paced CRE environment.

The position requires a 1–3 year track record in CRE or related finance, a PA Real Estate Salesperson License, and strong Excel/analytical skills. This on-site role offers comprehensive benefits and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, real estate, economics or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in commercial real estate, investment banking, or financial analysis.
• PA Real Estate Salesperson License required with up to 6 months to obtain.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Knowledge of CRE fundamentals and investment principles.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive financial models and investment analysis for acquisitions, dispositions, and refinancing.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support recommendations and client presentations.
• Prepare offering memoranda, investment summaries, and client materials.
• Coordinate due diligence, including document review, site inspections, and third-party reports.
• Support senior team members in client communications and negotiations.
• Maintain transaction databases, pipelines, and market intelligence systems.
• Collaborate with legal, property management, and capital markets professionals.
