CRE Relationship Manager III This position is for a Relationship Manager III in Commercial Real Estate Lending, focused on developing and servicing client relationships in the NY Regional market. The Relationship Manager III is responsible for driving portfolio growth through the origination of new commercial lending and deposit clients, as well as the strategic expansion and cross‑selling of existing relationships. This high‑impact sales and business development role encompasses end‑to‑end deal execution—from targeted marketing, pre‑screen financial analysis, and structuring/negotiation to formal transaction presentation. Additionally, the position involves running pricing/return risk models, developing internal credit memos, managing an active sales pipeline, and collaborating closely with underwriting, asset management, and credit risk teams to expand the bank’s footprint.
