Job summary

United Airlines is seeking a Project Manager II for Corporate Real Estate Planning and Development. This onsite role at Dulles Airport will manage several small-to-mid sized construction projects, leading strategy, design, and delivery while coordinating with airport authorities and internal stakeholders to meet business objectives.

You will oversee programming, scheduling, budgeting and governance, ensuring adherence to standards and processes across the CRE portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field required.
• 3+ years Planning, Design (Engineering or Architecture) and/or Construction Experience.
• Experience managing projects and knowledge of PM best practices.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design and execute airport and commercial property facility and infrastructure construction projects.
• Manage programming, planning, design, construction, schedule and budget issues.
• Ensure governance, budget, schedule and scope compliance; deliver transparent reporting.
• Develop project strategy and multiple alternatives to achieve objectives.
• Establish relationships with airport leaders and internal customers.
