Responsibilities

• Build and oversee Asset Management and Project Management teams with KPIs.
• Create scalable processes, SOPs, and reporting for growth.
• Manage property operations, vendors, inspections and capital projects.
• Collaborate with CEO to execute company strategies and budgets.
• Provide leasing support systems and vendor management.
• Ensure compliance, risk management, and consistent data reporting.
