Job summary

New Edge Associates a Talent Acquisition Firm in Miami, FL is seeking a Commercial Credit Analyst to join our lending team and evaluate CRE, Multifamily, and C&I opportunities. You will analyze cash flows, collateral, and borrower risk alongside senior leadership.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of credit experience, solid financial analysis skills, and fluency in English and Spanish. You will prepare CAMs, present findings, and support portfolio risk management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of commercial credit analysis or underwriting experience.
• Experience with CRE, Multifamily, or C&I loans preferred.
• Strong knowledge of financial statement analysis and cash flow evaluation.
• Ability to review tax returns, rent rolls, appraisals, and borrower documentation.
• Proficiency in DSCR, collateral valuation, and credit risk metrics.
• Bilingual English and Spanish required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and underwrite CRE, Multifamily, and C&I loan requests.
• Review loan applications and supporting documentation.
• Prepare CAMs and credit presentations for review.
• Communicate loan status and transaction updates with lenders.
• Identify risks and exceptions during underwriting.
• Support portfolio monitoring and credit quality reviews.
• Assist with special projects as needed.
