You will collect and analyze CRE and economic data, help produce market reports and thought leadership, and create clear charts and visuals for client-facing materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Business, Geography, Statistics, Journalism, or a related field
• 0-2 years of experience in commercial real estate research, market analysis, finance, or related analytical role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Experience creating charts and data visualizations in Excel or similar tools is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Ability to organize, analyze, and interpret large datasets
• Comfortable working with deadlines and managing multiple projects simultaneously

Responsibilities

• Research CRE market trends across property types and geographic markets
• Monitor economic indicators and market activity to identify meaningful trends
• Collect, organize, and validate data from industry sources
• Analyze market fundamentals such as vacancies, rents, absorption, and construction
• Support production of quarterly and annual market reports and publications
• Create charts and visuals for research reports and client materials
• Collaborate with communications to transform research into client-facing content
• Develop data-driven storylines for webinars, presentations, and digital content
