Trustmark National Bank is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Loan Specialist I/II to assist two or more CRE lenders with day-to-day relationship management and departmental goals.

The role involves providing administrative support, coordinating with portfolio managers, processing deposits, and handling loan-related documentation with a focus on accuracy and confidentiality. A 1-year banking background is preferred. This position is based on the Gulf Coast CRE team and requires on-site work.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year Retail or banking experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service ability and confidentiality.

• Good time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for the department.
• Collaborate with Portfolio Managers & CRE Loan Specialist to gather information for new deposit accounts.
• Order credit reports.
• Disburse loan advances and process payments.
• Review documentation for accuracy and compliance prior to processing.
