JLL invites motivated individuals to join as a Leasing Advisory Intern in Portland, OR. You will support senior brokers, collect market data, and assist with client presentations while gaining exposure to CRE processes on both occupier and landlord sides.

The role emphasizes analytical tasks, CRM usage, and collaboration in a fast-paced brokerage team, with on-site work and summer internship dates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
• Prior internship in a professional setting.
• Permanent US work authorization.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support senior brokers with business development and prospect data.
• Gather and evaluate market data for client deliverables.
• Prepare offering materials, pitch decks, and presentations.
• Read and abstract leases and operating expense statements.
• Create Excel-based analytical tools and models for ad-hoc analyses.
• Shadow brokers in negotiations and documentation.
• Promote the use of JLL's brokerage software and CRM tools.
