Job summary

JLL is seeking a Leasing Advisory Intern in Nashville, TN to gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced commercial real estate brokerage environment. You will support leasing brokerage activities by assisting with special projects that support client decisions and the brokerage team.

As an integral team member, you will gain broad exposure to sourcing, securing, and servicing clients on both Occupier and Landlord sides.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.

• Support senior brokers with business development by initiating outreach to new leads, managing prospect data, and organizing historical client activity.
