Job summary

CoStar Group, a leader in real estate information and analytics, is hiring a CRE & Client Solutions Analyst in Boston. The role blends CRE lending knowledge with portfolio risk analytics and client engagement, working with banks, insurers, and other lenders to implement and maximize the value of CoStar Debt Solutions’ risk management platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, or related field from accredited institution.
• 3+ years of CRE, banking, insurance, or investment management experience, or 3 years with a Master’s.
• Strong client-facing, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficiency with AI tools and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Evidence of strong academic performance in college.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary client contact, delivering timely, professional support.
• Guide onboarding, data mapping, and validation to ensure data quality.
• Explain platform outputs related to portfolio surveillance and risk workflows.
• Conduct portfolio analysis to support client decision-making.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through meetings and training.
• Collaborate with product, modeling, and engineering to resolve issues.
• Identify recurring client needs and provide product improvement feedback.
• Develop and maintain documentation, training materials, and best practices.
• Support implementation projects and scalable onboarding processes.
