Job summary

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree required; graduate degree preferred.
• 2+ years experience in Commercial Real Estate or related field.
• Strong credit underwriting and CRE banking skills; proficient in financial modeling.

Responsibilities

• Build and understand complex financial models.
• Perform complex financial analysis with minimal oversight.
• Create high-impact presentation materials using PowerPoint, Excel, Word and other relevant software programs.
• Understanding of capital structures and capital market trends and the ability to apply to client needs.
• Complete credit and financial statement analysis independently.
• Coordinate with product partners to develop integrated financing solutions and pitch materials for our clients.
• Work well as part of a team in a high stress environment.
• Participate in the closing process as a liaison to our clients, counsel and internal partners.
• Facilitate communication regarding approvals, 3rd party reports, insurance, budget, hedging products, title and escrow, operating and reserve accounts.
• Develop good working relationships with peers, product partners and senior bankers throughout the organization.
• Effective communication with internal partners regarding approvals, changes, process, and timing.
• Manage priorities while working on a number of high-priority opportunities simultaneously.
