Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in CRE underwriting or credit.
• Strong credit analysis and underwriting skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed due diligence on companies, industries, management teams, and other relevant information.
• Build detailed financial projection models to analyze capital structures, performance trends, and credit metrics.
• Prepare underwriting memorandums with company and industry descriptions, risks, and terms.
• Collaborate with internal partners including Underwriters, Debt Capital Markets, and Credit Risk; communicate status and priorities.
