Job summary

Trimont LLC in Charlotte, NC, is seeking an Associate, Credit Portfolio Management, to partner with an Asset Manager to service a portfolio of commercial real estate loans and ensure compliance with loan documents and agreements.

You will review borrower financial statements, process reserve disbursements, and prepare documentation for cash processing, with opportunities to grow in a team focused on accuracy and risk management.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or Accounting.
1+ years of Portfolio Management experience or equivalent.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented with ability to manage priorities in a dynamic environment.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Organizational and administrative skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with privacy.

Responsibilities

Partner with an Asset Manager to service a portfolio of commercial real estate loans.
Ensure compliance with loan documents and portfolio surveillance.
Review borrower financial statements and budgets for performance.
Review and approve reserve disbursement requests per loan requirements.
Prepare and complete documentation for cash processing activities.
Process payment day waterfalls for accurate fund distribution.
