Job summary

NBH Bank is seeking a CRE Credit Analyst I in Dallas to support underwriting, portfolio management, and client relationships. You will prepare financial models and assist managers across Credit, Operations and Leadership to ensure quality loan presentations.

The role emphasizes rigorous credit analysis, accurate documentation, and adherence to bank standards while contributing to the growth of a diversified commercial portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance or equivalent.
• Strong business writing skills.
• Self-starter with a passion to pursue further endeavors in the finance field.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Advanced degree in accounting or finance and/or certification in the field.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in commercial banking / ABL.
• Completed formal credit training program.
• Driving may be required with this position; valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite loan presentations for assigned portfolio to support growth.
• Prepare financial models for underwriting and risk assessment.
• Monitor portfolio performance and ensure compliance with credit standards.
• Collaborate with Credit, Loan Operations and Executive Management as needed.
