FNBO is seeking a CRE Credit Analyst II to perform complex financial analyses on commercial real estate loan requests and assess borrower creditworthiness. The role focuses on financial, collateral, and industry analysis to determine viability and appropriate risk ratings.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting/Real Estate and 2+ years in direct lending or credit analysis, preferably CRE.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Accounting or Real Estate.
• Strong understanding of financial statement analysis and credit underwriting.
• Proficiency in analyzing commercial real estate loan requests and property types.

Responsibilities

• Independently analyze complex CRE credit requests with focus on financial, collateral and industry analysis.
• Prepare loan presentations and credit memos for new, renewed or reviewed loans.
• Evaluate borrower and guarantor financial data and monitor loan covenants for compliance.
