Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics or related field required or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of credit analysis experience in banking or financial institution.
• Experience underwriting CRE and C&I loans; CRE focus preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial statements, tax returns, cash flows, and create credit presentations for loan requests (CRE primary, C&I as needed).
• Review borrower liquidity, collateral, and business conditions to assess creditworthiness.
• Prepare objective credit recommendations for Credit Analyst Manager and loan committee discussions.
• Ensure analyses comply with bank policies and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor existing credits for adverse trends and aid in risk mitigation and policy improvements.
