Job summary

BayBridge Real Estate Capital is a New York City-based capital markets advisory firm focused on structured commercial real estate transactions nationwide. The Analyst position is a full-time, on-site role based in our New York City office.

The ideal candidate combines an entrepreneurial mindset with strong analytical and financial acumen. Your primary focus will be to support the underwriting, strategy, and execution of commercial real estate debt and equity transactions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in finance, Real Estate, Economics, Business, or related field.
Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; familiarity with real estate analytics tools is beneficial.
Experience with due diligence processes, such as reviewing leases, financial statements, appraisals, and third-party reports.
Proficiency in financial modeling and underwriting for commercial real estate.
0-2 years of experience.
ARGUS certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

Support underwriting, strategy, and execution of CRE debt and equity transactions.
Interface directly with developers, owners, lenders, and equity investors.
Analyze complex financial, market, and property-level data.
Prepare investor-ready materials and presentations.
