Responsibilities

• Support capital raising efforts for real estate funds, joint ventures, and individual asset financings.
• Assist with debt and equity financing transactions, including construction loans, bridge loans, mezzanine debt, and preferred equity.
• Build and maintain real estate financial models (property-level cash flows, development models, waterfall structures, IRR/NPV analyses).
• Prepare investment memoranda, offering materials, and investor presentations.
• Conduct market research on real estate sectors, capital markets trends, and comparable transactions.
• Support interactions with lenders, institutional investors, placement agents, and internal investment teams.
• Assist with due diligence, data room management, and transaction execution workflows.
• Collaborate with senior professionals across acquisitions, asset management, and investor relations teams.
