Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield in Tinton Falls, NJ seeks a Senior Financial Analyst in Equity Debt & Structured Finance to support real estate capital markets transactions across multifamily, office, retail, and other sectors.

Responsibilities include building Excel models and Argus analyses, rent roll reviews, pro formas, due diligence, and preparation of offering memoranda for lenders and investors; strong communication needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred in Business, Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, or related field.
• 1 to 3+ years of commercial real estate financial analysis experience with a CRE firm is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in building complex financial models in Excel and Argus Enterprise.

Responsibilities

• Prepare debt and/or equity offering memoranda for CRE transactions, including gathering client and property information and creating tables, graphs and charts.
• Analyze rent rolls and operating statements to determine feasibility and valuation.
• Prepare pro forma statements reflecting historical cash flow and future market conditions.
• Build financial models in Excel and Argus for valuation and pricing.
• Prepare discounted cash flow analyses and assist in market feasibility research.
• Collect and review due diligence information and coordinate with clients to ensure timely submissions.
