The firm represents a mix of clients across acquisitions, dispositions, development, and leasing, and values practical, hands‑on experience over pedigree. Ideal candidates will have 5+ years of commercial real estate experience and will appreciate the firm’s collaborative, hard‑working, and genuinely family-friendly environment.

• Compensation: $180,000–$250,000 DOE, with multiple bonus structures including production-based incentives, origination participation, and 20% of origination paid monthly
• Role: Senior Commercial Real Estate Associate with autonomy to handle transactions across acquisitions, dispositions, development, and leasing (finance experience a plus)
• JD Years: 5+ years of relevant commercial real estate experience
• Billables: 1700 minimum, with additional bonus opportunities tied to production - get $7,500K and for every additional 100 hours
