2–4 years CRE asset management or analysis required; degree with GPA 3.5+ preferred. Ideal candidates will have advanced Excel skills, ability to model from scratch (modeling test), and optionally Argus.

RETS Associates is representing the world’s leading real estate private equity firm in the search for an 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗹ate to join their Asset Management team in Washington, DC. The Associate will work closely with senior leadership and play a key role in driving asset-level strategy, financial performance, and reporting.

This is a competitive, high-exposure role for top performers with 2 to 4 years of experience in commercial real estate asset management or analysis. The firm is prioritizing candidates who graduated between 2021 and 2023 and bring a strong academic and professional foundation.

Advanced degrees may be considered but are not preferred.
