What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage field inventory strategies and initiatives to meet Service, Inventory, Scrap, Obsolescence, Gains and Losses (SOGL), and Freight goals
- Coordinate inventory needs with field-based employees and internal teams to ensure timely product availability
- Execute Phase-In and Phase-Out activities for product launches and manage supply constraints
- Maintain relationships with customer accounts, monitoring and managing inventory levels and resolving discrepancies
- Provide on-call support for critical business needs and ensure compliance with FDA Regulations and internal processes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 0 years of experience
- Valid driver's license with a clean record, subject to regular review for compliance
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, Salesforce, and mStar
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Experience in inventory management within a supply chain or distribution environment
- High aptitude for problem-solving and troubleshooting
- Interest in pursuing clinical roles such as Clinical Specialist or District Sales Manager
- Six Sigma Yellow, Green, or Black Belt Certification
