What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Engage with internal and external partners to coordinate inventory strategies
- Support inventory management for emergent case needs and resolve inventory accuracy issues
- Collaborate with field-based teams to ensure product availability for optimal patient care
- Conduct cycle counts and maintain inventory levels at customer accounts
- Provide on-call support during critical business needs, including evenings and weekends
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with 0 years of experience
- Valid driver's license with a clean record
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing business needs
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with inventory management in a supply chain or distribution environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce
- Interest in transitioning to a clinical field-based role
- Six Sigma certification (Yellow, Green, or Black Belt)
