Job summary

EY is seeking a senior platform owner and delivery leader with deep Charles River (CRD/CRIMS) expertise to design, implement, and support CRD-based investment management solutions. You will drive cross-functional collaborations, manage data flows, and oversee cloud migrations while aligning with the firm’s strategic vision.

You will lead multiple projects across trading, portfolio management and post-trade functions, mentoring analysts and shaping the long-term CRD roadmap within EY’s rapidly

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in related work experience
• Degree in computer science, engineering, accounting, finance or related field; MBA/MS preferred
• 5+ years at a financial services company or advising such firms
• Experience in Hedge Fund / Wealth/Asset Mgmt / consulting environments
• 5+ years of hands-on CRD/CRIMS experience
• Experience leading SaaS migrations across on-premise to cloud
• Ability to manage a technology advisory team through full lifecycle
• Strong communication, presentation and client service skills

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple CRD implementation and enhancement projects end-to-end
• Lead SaaS migration activities including environment readiness and data migration
• Define the CRD roadmap and prioritise initiatives for efficiency and compliance
• Configure and integrate CRD modules across systems
• Design and validate CRD integrations with IBOR, data warehouses and more
• Ensure reliable data flows via CRD data loader, FIX, SDK and APIs
• Manage reference data, pricing and security master integration
• Oversee system upgrades, testing and migrations across environments
• Establish data governance and quality control with CRD
• Use SQL and data analysis to support investigations and insights
• Mentor a team of business analysts and drive professional development
• Facilitate cross-functional communication between teams
• Promote best practices in configuration, change management and delivery methodologies
• Stay current with CRD product enhancements and industry trends
