Qualifications

• Must obtain CRCST certification within 1 year of start date.

Responsibilities

• Clean, inspect, assemble, and sterilize surgical instruments and trays to ensure sterility and readiness.
• Operate sterilization equipment and maintain accurate records for safety and infection control.
• Prepare customized surgical sets and case carts per daily schedules and procedures.
• Manage OR storage inventory and supplies, coordinating with the surgical team to ensure smooth operations.
• Respond quickly to instrument requests during surgeries and assist with urgent equipment needs.
