Hunter Super Techs - TurnPoint seeks a Crawlspace Technician to protect homes from wood-destroying organisms. As a technician, you'll service customer locations to eliminate infestations, perform inspections, and conduct remediation.

Qualifications

Terminix of the Triad has an immediate opening for a Crawlspace Technician at our Burlington, NC office.Crawlspace Technicians mitigate organisms that infest and destroy homes, such as termites, powder post and wood-boring beetles, and wood-destroying fungi - restoring peace of mind to our customers. These organisms can pose serious risks to the health and safety of occupants and to the structural integrity of the home itself. Crawlspace Technicians control and eliminate populations of these organisms from homes and other structures to protect people and to maintain the structural integrity of buildings.Terminix of the Triad is a recognized industry leader and offers stability and a rewarding career to our team of talented professionals. Interested in becoming a part of this team?What you will be doing:• Servicing residential locations in order to control wood-destroying organisms• Identifying, selecting, and applying chemical or manual solutions to eliminate infestations• Inspecting buildings and premises for signs of infestation, damage, or moisture issues• Performing crawl space remediation such as French drains, vapor barriers, dehumidification, and vents• Establishing or rehabilitating insulation in attics and sub-floor• Installing, inspecting, and maintaining Sentricon stations (termite protection)Compensation:In addition to having more independence in your scheduling, we provide you with the opportunity to control your income. While some positions provide the same wage regardless of effort, at Terminix you have unlimited earnings potential.
