Job summary

Maxim is seeking a Crawler Technician to direct the assembly or disassembly of scheduled crane movements at customer job sites, ensuring safe field operations and customer satisfaction. You will coordinate with regional managers, verify load lists, and maintain accurate inspection records while applying OSHA regulations and crane terminology.

The role requires 3+ years’ experience with lattice boom or tele-crawlers, a valid driver’s license, ability to travel regularly, and willingness to work

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience assembling and disassembling lattice boom crawler cranes and tele-crawlers.
• Knowledge of OSHA requirements and crane safety regulations.
• Ability to read lift plans and rigging drawings.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Direct the assembly or disassembly of scheduled crane movements.
• Ensure safe field operations and customer satisfaction of delivered product to customer jobsites.
• Complete On-Rent and Off-Rent Inspections, lift plans, and job-specific requirements.
• Maintain contact with Regional Crawler Managers and Branch personnel during assembly or disassembly.
• Assist with verification of job specific load lists and locating crane components.
