The ideal candidate has extensive experience with lattice boom cranes, understands lift plans and load charts, and is committed to safety while working on fast-paced, weather-affected sites across Texas.

Ragle Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and safety-focused Crawler Crane Operator to join our Heavy Highway/Civil Construction team. This role is responsible for operating a 250-ton lattice boom crawler crane on major infrastructure projects including bridge girder placements, heavy concrete pours, steel erection, concrete and steel pile driving and other complex heavy lifts.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience operating large crawler cranes in heavy civil environments and be confident working in fast-paced, safety-critical job sites with varied terrain and weather conditions.
