Compressed Air Systems, LLC is hiring a Full-time Crating Technician in Mansfield, TX. You will prepare, crate, and ship various products, load and unload using a forklift, and ensure compliance with safety standards while meeting tight deadlines.

The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for extended periods, and following precise instructions. On-the-job training and all tools are provided to support safe, efficient packaging and shipping operations.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform final prep of finished product for shipping.
• Crate and box products for LTL shipment and palletize safely.
• Assemble premade protective packaging and wood crates.
• Operate a saw to cut lumber to length and use pneumatic tools.
• Safely operate a forklift to place products on pallets.
• Follow safety procedures and meet tight shipping deadlines.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and report any issues.

The Full-time Crating Technician

is responsible for the safe and efficient preparation, crating, and shipping various products. This role involves loading trucks with a forklift, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and meeting tight deadlines.

• Responsible for final prep of finished product
• Responsible for crating and boxing finished product in preparation for LTL shipping
• Assemble premade protective packaging
• Assemble wood crates to protect LTL shipments
• Safely operate a saw to cut lumber to length
• Safely operate pneumatic tools: nail gun, staple gun, impact wrench, etc.
• Operate forklift to place products on shipping pallets.
• Ability to lift heavy packages and operate equipment safely.

Work Schedule

Monday-Thursday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
