IRH specializes in rigging, machinery moving, millwright, heavy transportation, logistics, warehousing, trans‑loading, packaging, and asset recovery services. The crater will be responsible for preparing and packaging heavy machinery and material for transportation. Primarily will be assembling crates within a team environment. Job Duties

• Assemble crates according to specifications using appropriate materials and techniques to prevent damage during transport.
• Work closely with other team members, including machinery movers, riggers, and drivers, to coordinate moving activities and ensure efficient workflow.
• General warehouse tasks may be included.

Requirements

• Knowledge of power tools.
• Working in a fast paced, physical, team environment.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions and procedures accurately.
• Good communication skills with other employees and vendors.
• May be asked to work outdoors.
• Willing to work overtime as needed.
• Must be able to pass physical abilities test and a drug screen upon hire as well as random periodic screening.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. without assistance.
