Job summary

Jahabow in Owensville, MO is hiring Crate Technicians to prepare and crate display cases for major retailers. This full-time role runs 7:00am–3:30pm, Monday through Friday, with overtime and Saturdays as needed.

You will use hand and power tools, follow job sheets, and ensure finished units are ready for shipping. Candidates should be comfortable lifting up to 40 lbs, standing most of the day, and passing a tape measure test.

Qualifications

• Standing and walking for most of the workday.
• Ability to lift over 40 lbs safely.
• Must pass a tape measure test for accuracy.
• Ability to follow instructions from supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all shipping materials (boxes, labels, packing supplies) are ready and available.
• Clean and wipe down units before crating.
• Crate/package units per specifications on the job sheets.
• Work closely with the Quality Department to resolve any product issues before crating.
• Communicate any product flaws or damage to your supervisor.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
