Vantage Elevation, LLC is seeking a Production Worker (Probationary) for the Crate Building and Hanger Assembly Department in the Bronx, NY. This full-time, union role offers day shifts (7:00 AM–3:30 PM) and on-site work with weekly pay.

You will assemble crates with nail guns, operate hanger assembly machinery, and uphold safety and quality standards in a fast-paced plant. Training provided, with union benefits after 90 days once eligible.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to read, write and speak English fluently.
• 1–2 years in machine operation or manufacturing preferred.
• Strong safety and quality standards understanding.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn multiple machines.
• Must lift over 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Safety & Compliance: Work safely and follow EH&S policies.
• Production & Quality: Assemble wooden crates using nail guns; operate hanger assembly machinery; monitor quality.
• Teamwork & Communication: Coordinate with team and supervisors to maintain workflow.
• Other Duties: Identify hazards and report issues promptly; support maintenance as needed.
